BEFORE THE TREATMENT

1. What device will my treatment provider be using for Trim & Tite™?

Your treatment provider will be using the Venus Legacy™

2. Am I a good candidate for this treatment?/ Will this treatment work for me?

The best candidate for Trim & Tite™ is someone who is looking for a non-surgical body aesthetic solution to tighten sagging skin around their abdomen, waist, or thighs after fat reduction or weight loss

For safety reasons, you may not be able to get this treatment if you have/are:

Active inflammation and/or infection in the treatment area
Current or history of cancer
A degenerative neurologic disease or any other disease around the treatment area that’s triggered by heat (e.g. herpes)
An internal defibrillator/pacemaker
Metal implants (excluding dental) in the treatment area
Uncontrolled thyroid gland disorder
Varicose veins
Pregnant or are undergoing an IVF procedure
Skin-related autoimmune diseases
Silicone implants and/or injections in the area

3. I have darker skin – can I still get this treatment done?

Yes. Trim & Tite™ treatments are powered by radio frequency technology, which is proven to be safe for all skin tones, including darker complexions.

4. Can I do it during my lunch break?

Definitely. A single session usually doesn’t take any more than 30 minutes with no downtime afterward.

5. How many sessions will I need to see results?

The exact number of Trim & Tite™ skin tightening treatments will depend on each patient and the area they’re treating, but most patients typically receive 6-8 treatments.

6. How often / far apart should the treatments be?

Trim & Tite™ treatments are spaced one week apart.

7. Do I need to do anything to prepare for the treatment?

Make sure your skin is clean and avoid applying any lotions or creams on the treatment area. You will also be asked to remove all jewelry around the area being treated.

DURING THE TREATMENT

1. How long does a treatment session last?

Each Trim & Tite™ treatment session can last any where from 15 to 30 minutes, depending on the area being treated.

2. What does the treatment feel like?

The applicator will slowly get warmer till the treatment area reaches the required temperature and stays within that temperature range. However,if you do feel like it’s getting too warm, just let your treatment provider know and they can easily adjust the settings to make it more comfortable for you.

3. Will it be painful?

Trim & Tite™ treatments are known to be very comfortable. It has been compared to the feeling of a relaxing hot stone massage, and some patients have even fallen asleep during a treatment session.

AFTER THE TREATMENT

1. How will I feel after my treatment?

The treatment is very comfortable, so if anything, you’ll likely feel relaxed. Some patients have even fallen asleep while they were getting treated.

2. How long will the results lastand are they permanent?

The Trim & Tite™ treatments are cumulative, so your results will continue to improve for up to 3-4 months after your final session. Because your body is always changing, maintenance treatments are usually recommended at least every 1-4 months, depending on the person

3. Is there really no downtime?

There is no downtime. The treatment area may look slightly flushed and feel a bit warm to the touch, but this will go away within 1-2 hours at the most. You’ll be able to go about your day normally after your treatment session.

4. Do I need to do anything after my treatment?

No, you do not need to do anything afterward. Your treatment provider will help you clean off the Glide gel and then you can go about your day normally.

Venus Versa™ has CE Mark as a multi-application device intended to be used in aesthetic and cosmetic procedures. The SR515 and SR580 applicators have CE Mark for the treatment of benign pigmented epidermal and cutaneous lesions and treatment of benign cutaneous vascular lesions. The HR650/HR650XL and HR690/HR690XL applicators have CE Mark for the removal of unwanted hair and to effect stable long-term or permanent hair reduction for Fitzpatrick skin types I-IV.
