Set your skin up for success by spending some time planning your vacation skin care routine before you leave. This might include checking the temp and humidity levels of your destination to make sure you have enough sunscreen or toner—and it can also save room in your luggage because you’re not going to need a heavy moisturizer in a tropical climate. Hydrate — Drink lots of water to keep your skin hydrated during the flight, starting the day before you leave. Keep it up on the plane, and avoid dehydration by skipping alcohol and caffeine while you’re flying.
